"The company, in its long-term development strategy, aims to become a regional leader in the production of electricity and heat, as well as a logistics center for processed raw materials used as the fuel of cogeneration.

In order for the company to fully utilize the abovementioned advantages, the development of the company in the next 10 years should follow a course by which, through the realization of several separate technological units, it will be possible for it to position itself on the market as a manufacturer and distributor of products available to the European market in a short time from the moment of their order by the customers.

In short, the central purpose of this project is that by increasing productivity and competitiveness, the company further strengthens its position in the domestic market and penetrates into new markets, responding to the requirements of the client's industry, while preserving existing jobs and new employment, and in line with the principles of sustainable development, represents one of the steps in the realization of the long-term goal.

In order to achieve the goals of the project and fulfill the given plans, it is necessary to invest in

• Wood chipper - a machine that produces wood chips, the raw material used in cogeneration. The planned capacity of this machine is 50 t / h. The mentioned machine has great efficiency, so by using it, the cost of tools and input materials per unit of finished product are reduced. With the aforementioned technology, it will be easier to plan and manage the stock of materials. The above technology produces high quality chips that can be used in all branches of the wood industry, from energy to the production of MDF boards, particle boards and OSB boards. Unique in the Croatian industry.

With this equipment, the company will contribute to the better preservation and management of forested areas owned by the company. The purchase of that same equipment opens the possibility of utilizing wood mass that would otherwise be unused in the woods due to a calculating minus. In addition to this, it ensures safety in the fulfillment of obligations towards customers as well as to the forest inspection and its own production facilities.

This plant meets all the highest ecological standards to the point that the use of biodegradable ecological oil is prescribed in all gearboxes and transmission.

The volume of production will be increased in many ways by introducing internal capacities to obtain raw materials for the cogeneration and the whole production process will be rounded up within the company itself.
By rounding up the entire production process within the company, external costs will be removed which will significantly reduce total costs.
